Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and any applicable tax are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing & delivery times
Made-to-order merch is produced before it ships, which typically adds a few business days before the carrier picks it up; delivery time then depends on the carrier and your location. On-hand goods generally ship sooner.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods, holidays, and carrier delays can extend them.
Shipping rates
Made-to-order merch uses live, carrier-calculated rates based on the items and your destination. Our own on-hand goods use a flat shipping rate shown at checkout. If an order contains both, you'll see the combined shipping cost before paying.
In-person pickup
For our own on-hand goods, we may offer free in-person pickup at select Dark Tantra Temple events. When pickup is available for your items, you'll be able to choose it at checkout and collect your order at the designated event. Made-to-order merch ships directly and isn't available for event pickup.
Wrong address, lost, or damaged packages
