We want you to be happy with what you buy from the Temple. Because our shop carries different kinds of products — made-to-order merch, our own on-hand goods, and links to outside merchants — the rules differ a little by product type. The sections below explain each.
Print-on-demand merch (made to order)
Apparel and similar items are printed just for you when you order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, a change of mind, or an incorrect size chosen at checkout. Please review the size guide before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Email temple@mail.darktantratemple.com within 14 days of delivery with your order email and clear photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Our own goods (rope and other on-hand items)
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, items intended for intimate or body contact — including rope and similar gear — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped or picked up.
Unopened, unused non-intimate items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Email us first to start a return.
Damaged or defective on-hand items are always eligible for replacement or refund — contact us within 14 days with photos.
Affiliate / outside-merchant products
Some shop listings link out to products sold by other merchants (for example, Amazon). Those purchases are made with the outside merchant, not the Temple, and that merchant's own return and refund policy applies. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items bought through an affiliate link.
How to start a return or report a problem

- Include your order details and, for damaged or defective items, clear photos.
- We'll reply with next steps. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
