My approach to consent is rooted in communication, attunement, and personal agency. I view consent as an ongoing conversation that evolves moment by moment, encouraging people to honor their body’s yes, no, and not-yet. Safety is created through education, clear communication, nervous system awareness, and moving at a pace that supports trust and choice.
